Do I need to move out during a renovation?+

Not usually — most projects can be sequenced room-by-room so you can stay in the property. We'll advise honestly if a temporary move would save time.

How long does a renovation take?+

A single room typically runs 1–3 weeks, a bathroom or kitchen 2–4 weeks, and a full property refurbishment 4–12 weeks depending on scope.

Do you handle design as well?+

We're happy to advise on layout and finishes. For larger schemes we can bring in a designer or work from your existing plans.
